On November 22,2010,Sage Telecom,Inc.requested that its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)No.473 issued by the Commission on May 2,2008,be
cancelled.The Company requested cancellation of its CPCN in response to Staffs letter dated
November 9,2010,indicating that Sage is not currently providing services in Idaho and it
relinquishes its Certificate.In its Decision Meeting on August 1,2011,the Commission approved
Sage’s request for cancellation of Certificate No.473.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In August 2007,Sage Telecom,Inc.filed an Application for a CPCN to provide facilities-
based and resold local exchange and interexchange services in Idaho.In May2008,the Commission
granted Sage’s Application for a CPCN.Order No.30546.
On November 22,2010,in response to Staff’s letter dated November 9,2010,Sage
requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated that it is not providing services in Idaho.Staff
recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No.473 and remove the Company’s price list or
tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Sage Telecom,Inc.’s request for cancellation of
Certificate ofPublic Convenience and Necessity No.473 is granted.Certificate No.473 is no longer
in effect,and Sage is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of
Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for

reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §§61-619
and 61-626.
