We are writing in response to your November 9, 2010 letter regarding Sage Telecom, Inc.'s
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN or Certificate) with the Idaho PUC.
It is correct that Sage Telecom, Inc. is not curently providing service in Idaho, and we
voluntarily relinquish our CPCN and authorize the Commission's rescission of Sage Telecom,
Inc's Certificate.
