dba SBC Long Distance. This Certificate authorizes SBC to provide resold and facilities-based
local exchange and exchange access services within the State of Idaho. The Commission
approved SBC's Certificate by Order No. 29495 issued May 11 , 2004, and authorized SBC to
provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon
and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 29495.
