As I indicated on your voice mail yesterday, pursuant to Commission Rule 272, the Commission Staff is negotiating a stipulation with Midvale on several matters in this case. We will be having a meeting next Friday, April 28, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. at the Commission offices. Also it appears that your client has not formally moved to intervene and is technically not a party at this time. We will not object if your client wishes to intervene.
