The Title 62 Telephone Corporation Rules

Dear Dennis,

Enclosed for your information and review is the Idaho Public Utilities Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rule in the above referenced case. In essence, the Commission is proposing to delete Rule 401 through 411, IDAPA 31.42.01.401 through .411. The Notice is being submitted for publication in the next Administrative Bulletin on October 3, 2001. I have also enclosed a 3.5-inch diskette with the Notice, Rules Checklist and those Rules proposed for repeal.

I appreciate your assistance in publishing this proposed deletion on short notice. I have submitted a Proposed Administrative Rules Form to DFM. I do not anticipate any problems with obtaining approval to delete the Rules. If you have any questions, please contact me at 334-0312.
