Dear Dennis,

On June 14, 2001, your office provided the Commission with a “printer’s proof” of the Proposed Rules in the above referenced docket. While reviewing the Notice and the draft rules, we discovered typos, omissions or duplications. For example, in the Descriptive Summary Section of the Notice of Proposed Rule the reference to when these rules were last updated should be changed from 1994 to 1993. Correcting these items may be accomplished as shown in the attached “pen and ink” changes. I have included a diskette with the changes.
