Re: Temporary and Proposed Rule, Docket No. 31-4101-0101

Dear Dennis,

On June 7, 2001, your office provided the Commission with a “printer’s proof” of the Temporary and Proposed Rule in the above referenced docket. While reviewing the Notice and the draft rule, we discovered that one of the referenced and adopted sections of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) was inadvertently omitted. More specifically, reference to and adoption of 47 C.F.R. § 64.1130 (Letter of Agency form and content) was omitted from the Notice on galley page 11 and from the text to Section 702 on page 13. Correcting the omission may be accomplished as shown in the attached “pen and ink” changes. In addition, we have noted two other typos to the title of the rulemaking. I have included a diskette with the changes.
