RNS-T-99-1 CERTIFICATE NO. 357 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to Rural Network Services, Certificate No. 357, to authorize Rural Network to provide Title 61 and Title 62 telecommunications services, including basic local exchange services, as a competitive local exchange carrier within the service territories of U S WEST Communications, Inc. in the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Rural Networks Certificate by Order No. 28011 issued April 23, 1999. Order No. 28011 limits the areas in which Rural Network is authorized to provide Title 62 services, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 28011.
