RECONEX, INC.
On January 8 , 1998, the Commission issued Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 336 to Sterling International Funding, Inc. dba Reconex authorizing the Company to
provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within
parts of the State of Idaho. The Commission approved Reconex s Certificate by Order No. 27302
issued January 6, 1998. Order No. 27302 limits the areas in which Reconex is authorized to provide
Title 61 services as depicted in the map attached to the Certificate as Exhibit A.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this First Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity No. 336 is issued to 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. to provide Title 61 services as depicted in
the map attached as Exhibit A. The Commission approved the name change from Sterling
International Funding, Inc. dba Reconex to 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. by Minute Order issued July 22
2003.
