COMES NOW, AT&T Communications ofthe Mountain States, Inc. ("AT&T"
and files its Answer to Qwest Corporation s MOTION FOR ORAL ARGUMENT.
AT&T hereby joins Qwest in said Motion and respectfully requests that the
Commission set and hear oral argument on Qwest's Motion to Dismiss and AT&T's
response thereto. AT&T believes that oral argument will assist the Commission in
reaching its decision by providing an opportunity for the parties to clarify the complex
issues underlying Qwest's Motion to Dismiss and AT&T's response , and by making the
