In accordance with IPUCRP 072 World Com, Inc. ("WorldCom ), on behalf of its regulated
subsidiary MCI, files this petition to intervene and, in support of its petition, states as follows:
WorldCom is a telecommunications carrier authorized to provide various
telecommunications services in Idaho including local exchange services.
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission ) opened this docket for the
purpose of receiving and reviewing proposed changes the Qwest's Statement of Generally
Available Terms and Conditions.
As a telecommunications carrier authorized to provide local exchange services in
Idaho and as a purchaser of Unbundled Network Elements WorldCom is directly affected by the
issues in this case.
WorldCom requests that all pleadings, notices, and other filings be sent to:
