Pursuant to the Idaho Public Utilty Commssion's request, Qwest hereby withdraws its
Interconnection Agreement with Digital Telecommunications, Inc.
The Commssion requested this withdrawal because it has determined that Digital
Telecommunications, Inc. is not licensed with the Idaho Secretar of State to do business in
Idaho and does not hold a certificate with the Idaho Public Utilities Commssion.
