STAFF'S MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR FILING COMMENTS
AND VACATE HEARING DATE
On October 23, 2008 , Staff filed a Motion to extend the time for Staff and Interven9rs to
file comments to December 1 , 2008 and to vacate the hearing for oral argument scheduled December
, 2008. Staffs Motion is based on a desire by Qwest for additional time to consider presenting an
alternative to its Statement of Generally Available Terms and Conditions. All parties in the case have
indicated no objection to extending the filing date for Staff and Intervenors and to vacate the December
2008 hearing date for oral argument.
COMMISSION DECISION
Should Staff s Motion to extend the filing deadline for Staff and Intervenors to December
