The Commission s Procedural Order No. 32054 established October 20 2010, as the deadline
for Qwest to respond to discovery requests propounded by intervenors and Staff. On October 19,2010
Qwest filed a Motion for Extension of Time to respond to discovery requests. Qwest requested an
additional seven days because Qwest employees have not had sufficient time to complete the responses.
Qwest's Motion stated it had contacted Staff and intervenors and that no party objected to the extension.
Qwest's Motion for Extension of Time to respond to discovery requests, allowing an
additional seven days to respond, is granted.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadline for Qwest to respond to discovery requests is
extended from October 20 2010 to October 27 2010.
