Extend Comment Period, along with its comments that were due on that date. On July 14, 2008
Qwest filed a Motion for Additional Time to Answer Staff s Motion. Qwest requests an
extension of the deadline to respond to Staffs Motion to August 4 2008. Staff did not object to
Qwest's Motion to extend the time for the Company to file an answer.
