QWEST MOTION TO STAY
PROCEDURA SCHEDULE
Petitioner Qwest Corporation ("Qwest) by and though its undersigned attorneys
move this Commission for an Order staying the procedural schedule in the above-
referenced docket until the pending merger between Qwest and CenturyLink is
completed. Following the merger Qwest, as an affliate of the newly merged company,
and Integra Telecom ofIdaho, Inc., Electrc Lightwave, LLC dba Integra Telecom; and
Esche10n Telecom, Inc. dba Integra (collectively referred to as "Integra"), expect to make
a joint fiing with this Commission that wil recommend a course of action with regard to
Qwest Motion to Stay
Procedural Schedule - 1 -
the future of this docket. That recommendation, which arses from negotiations in the
course of the merger proceedings in other jursdictions, is the subject of an agreement
between the merged company and Integra.
Until the merger is completed, Qwest asks the curent procedural schedule
adopted in Procedural Order No. 32054 be stayed and that the Commission take no
further action with regard to this case.
