RESPONDENT.
On August 17, 2007, AT&T filed a Motion for Extension of Time seeking to extend
the time in which it must respond to Qwest's Motion for Stay of Proceedings before this
Commission. AT&T seeks to extend the present deadline for its response from August 24, 2007
to August 30, 2007. In its Motion, AT&T states that the extension of time is necessary because
of its attorney s unavailability. AT&T states that opposing counsel is in agreement with the
requested extension, and provided e-mail documentation to the same.
After reviewing the Motion, the Commission finds there is good cause to grant the
requested extension of time.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that AT&T's Motion for Extension of Time is granted.
AT&T's response to Qwest's Motion for Stay of Proceedings is due on or before August 30
2007.
