QWEST CORPORATION'S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT
AGAINST MOUNTAINLAND COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
Qwest Corporation (Qwest), by and through its attorneys of record, moves to
dismiss its Complaint against Respondent Mountainland Communications, Inc.
(Mountainland), with prejudice and with each party bearing its own costs and fees. This
Motion is made on the grounds that Qwest and Mountainland have reached an agreement
that addresses the issues raised in Qwest's Complaint in this case. As a result of its
agreement, Mountainland is not required to file a response or otherwise participate in the
above-captioned matter. Counsel for Qwest has spoken with Mountainland'
representative, Dean Dalling, who stated that Mountainland has no objection to Qwest's
Motion to Dismiss.
