Dear Mr. Schmit:
Enclosed please find a Summons and Complaint issued against Qwest Communications
in Case No. QWE-06-05. As directed in the Summons, you are to file a written answer
or motion in defense of said Complaint with this Commission within 21 days of the
service date on the Summons.
The Complaint requests that the Commission issue a Temporary Restraining Order to
prevent the termination of the "Plaintiffs phone service." Complaint at ~ V. The
Commission does not usually issue a TRO because Telephone Customer Relations Rule
311.04 prohibits Qwest from terminating local exchange service while a complaint is
pending at the Commission. IDAPA 31.41.01.311.04.
