Qwest Corporation (Qwest) by and through its attorneys , moves this Commission
for its Order granting Qwest an additional fourteen (14) days to file an answer or
otherwise respond to the Complaint herein. Qwest seeks this additional time to explore
the possibility of reaching a settlement of this matter without need of further litigation.
In seeking this extension Qwest recognizes that a formal complaint is now
pending before this Commission and will not seek to interrupt Plaintiff s telephone
service, pending resolution of this matter.
