Determination of Qualified Broadband Equipment. The following jobs should be removed:

Reduction: $44 547
Reason per the engineer: These jobs were written for Ontario
General Broadband Services (DSL)
Jobs 423A602 and 323B875
Reduction: $2 111
Reason per the engineer: It is difficult to quantify the amount of these jobs that
qualify for the credit based on how they were written
The total reduction for 2004 investment should be $46 658.
