McNEAL DBA PAGEDATA FOR ARBITRATION OF AN INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT DISPUTE. CASE NO. QWE-O4- ORDER NO. 29672 On November 26 2004, PageData and Radio Paging Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Pagers ) filed a Petition for Arbitration against Qwest Corporation. In their Petition, the Pagers requested the Commission arbitrate the issue of whether they are entitled to a refund for transit traffic charges paid to Qwest under their respective interconnection agreements. On November 30, 2004, the Commission issued a Summons to Qwest directing it to file an Answer to the Pagers' Petition. On December 21 , 2004, Qwest filed a Motion requesting an extension of time in which to file its Answer. Qwest asked for an additional 14 days to file an Answer. If granted Qwest's Answer would be due on January 4 2005. After Qwest filed its Motion, counsel for the Pagers filed a letter via facsimile that he does not oppose Qwest's plea for an extension. Based upon the lack of any objection, the Commission finds that there is good cause to grant Qwest's Motion for Extension of Time.
