think that it stinks, that they want to close the telephone pay station. Never mind the inconvienence to
, the customers. Some of us don t live in Pocatello and so when we come to town to pay our bills we
have routine routes to take care of all our obligations and for some of us it just makes more travel
around town. We already have to deal with the inconvienence of not being able to talk to a human
when we call their office, untill we have gone though a whole bunch of trouble having to listen to a
recording. I personally don t like what they call "Progress" Thanks

Also a person could not get their payments postedat the time of payment. I personaly pay my phone a month ahead and I would not be able tokeep my records as straight if I had to go to a payment center that doesn t have access my acount and imformation.Also I f the payment center was to close I would be looking for a new phone provider suchas sprint or mci and as soon as that sevice was avaliable I would be changeing my service.
I love the convience of having a payment center and a real person to talk to face to face
and if that was unavaliable than I may as eell look into different sevices even if they
don t provide a payment center.
