On August 13 2003, Qwest Corporation submitted a request to the Commission for
reimbursement of $456 227 in expenses related to Tech ill network improvements. Revenue
Sharing funds were approved for Qwest's Tech III improvements along With dollar-for-dollar
matching funds provided by the Company in Order No. 29197 (Case No. QWE-03-04).
Staff has reviewed the Company s request and the supporting documents and approves
Qwest's reimbursement. Please release $456 227 from the Revenue Sharing fund with the check
payable to Qwest Corporation.
