In accordance with Order No. 29197 (Case No. QWE-03-4), Staff received the network
improvements Qwest proposed for the first quarter of Tech III on March 6, 2003, and has
reviewed the job descriptions, number of impacted customers, and estimated project costs. At
this time, Staff does not have any objections to the proposed projects, but intends to continue
reviewing these project details and future Tech III projects.
