The repeated calls for help and service on these phones which are bothour home and even more importantly our business phones should be on record wi th Qwest andwi th the PUC over the years. Further , located as we are an hour I S dri ve from town out ofcell phone range it is both difficul t to be wi thout service and to reach a phone to reportthe problem.We would support any measure which would allow Qwest to upgrade its equipmentour stressful relationship with them. Our support is predicated on the beliefservice at Flat Top Sheep Co. (and those of neighboring ranch familes) would bea resul t of these funds.
