I have a small businesslocated near downtown Boise. I use a cell phone because when out calling on customers Ican recei ve all the calls that would be going to my office. The benefi ts to my businessare tremendous. The cost of having a cell phone is the same as a land line wi th voice mailadded. I use approximately 3 000 minutes per month.I am building a house in the foothills near downtown Boise. Qwest does not providespeed internet access to my neighborhood 4 miles from downtown. My choice will becable broadband and satelli te broadband. The chances are wi th the broadband access
one of these suppliers I will not install a land line phone.

Over the last 8 years our home has not had a land line phone in 4 of those years. We used
cell phones. We had a baby. This prompted us to add a land line phone for babysi tters. My
mom was on of the babysi tters. Now all of our baby si tters and my mom have cell phones.
