MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
APRIL 28, 2003 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Dennis Hansen, and Marsha Smith.

The first order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA items 1--3. There were no questions or discussion. Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve the items. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.

The next order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS:

Discussion Regarding Procedure in Case No. PAC-E-03-07, Del Ray Holm vs. PacifiCorp dba Utah Power and Light. (No memo.)

Mr. Woodbury stated a Petition was filed on April 24th by Del Ray Holm against PacifiCorp. He stated Mr. Holm has requested a facility relocation and replacement for service to irrigation pivots and is requesting an order requiring PacifiCorp to provide specifications and cost itemizations. He said the petitioner has requested expedited action because the irrigation season is upon us. He noted that Rule 57 requires a 21-day standard answer period, but he had contacted PacifiCorp and they are prepared to file a response by May 7, a date that is also acceptable to the petitioner. He said Staff recommends that a notice be issued with a May 7th response date for PacifiCorp.

There were no questions or comments. Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation that the notice be issued with a May 7th deadline. A vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.

There were no further items on the agenda and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
