Qwest Corporation (Qwest)requests a one (1)day extension of time in which to respond
to the Petition for Reconsideration filed by PageData.Qwest requests this extension due to a
conflict in Qwest's counsel's calendar relating to the original filing date.Qwest's counsel needs
an additional day in order to adequately brief the issue presented in PageData's Petition.No
party will be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion.No previous extension of time has been
given in this matter to Qwest.
Wherefore,Qwest requests that the Commission order that Qwest's response be due on
Wednesday,December 18,2002,rather than Tuesday,December 17,2002.
