QWE-T-02-11 PROCEDURAL ORDER NO. 29097 On May 20, 2002, the Idaho Telephone Association, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho, CenturyTel of Idaho, CenturyTel of the Gem State, Potlatch Telephone Company and Illuminet, Inc. filed a Complaint against Qwest Corporation, Inc. alleging that Qwest billed the Companies certain charges for the origination and termination of intraLATA telecommunications traffic that are contrary to its tariff provisions and contractual obligations. The Complainants seek an Order from the Commission requiring Qwest to refund the charges and to cease making further payment demands. The Commission by this Order approves the following procedural schedule proposed by the parties: August 9, 2002 September 6, 2002 September 27, 2002 October 18, 2002 November 6, 2002 Last date for serving Discovery requests. Discovery responses due. Direct testimony filed by all parties. Rebuttal testimony filed by all parties. Hearing will convene at the Commission’s Hearing Room, 472 W. Washington Street, Boise, Idaho at 9:30 a.m. The parties are directed to complete discovery, prefile testimony and exhibits pursuant to the schedule. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission adopts the schedule as set out above.
