On May 30, 2001, Qwest Corporation filed Tariff Advice No. 01-03-N to revise the procedures for reporting the “percentage of interstate usage” (PIU) in its northern Idaho service territory. On July 31, 2001, the Commission issued Order No. 28798 conditionally approving the Tariff Advice. The Commission’s Order reserved the right to amend or deny the Tariff Advice once the Commission had reviewed comments in response to the initial Notice of Modified Procedure issued June 29, 2001. Only Qwest submitted comments supporting its Tariff Advice.
Based upon our review of the Tariff Advice and the lack of any adverse comments, the Commission finds that it need not amend or deny the Tariff Advice. Consequently, the Commission shall issue this final Order closing the case.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be closed.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. QWET0116 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. QWET0116. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626.
