i. Proposed Services
Priest River Telecom, LLC started in 2009 to provide local exchange services. We offer a variety
of services built on facilities based TOM switching facilities.
We intend to deliver the same TOM to IP services in Idaho. This would involve the acquisition of
collocation, and interconnection facilities in Idaho.
Initially, we plan to provide local exchange services to both residential and business customers.
II. Form of Business
Priest River Telecom, LLC. was incorporated in the State of Idaho in 2009 with its principal
business address at 312 6th Street, Priest River, 1083856. The registered agent is National
Registered Agents, Inc., 1423 Tyrell Lane Boise, 1083706.
The Articles of Incorporation, attached, were drawn up in such a way as to allow Priest River
Telecom, LLC. to engage in "any other lawful business or activity which may be advantageously
carried on or conducted".

Priest River Telecom, LLC. specializes in local exchange services. To deliver our services, we
have purchased a Lucent switch and are prepared to install it in Priest River Idaho. The major
components of this system include a switch, power supplies and supporting communication
infrastructure physically located in Priest River, ID.
Interconnection with Local Exchange Carriers occurs at the machine trunk leveL. All Services
interconnected with the PSTN will be facilities based
IV. Service Territory
Our service areawil be Bonner County, Idaho. Delivery will coincide with that of Verizon
Northwest, Inc's Cour d Alene tandem.

VIII. Interconnection Agreement
Priest River Telecom, LLC. has not yet adopted an interconnection agreement. Within 30 days
of the approval of this registration, Priest River Telecom, LLC will opt into an interconnection
agreement with Verizon Northwest, Inc.

Eltopia may at a future date request waiver of rules it believes to be inapplicable.
