TDS Telecommunications, LLC (TDS) as an agent for Potlatch Telephone Company,
d/b/a TDS Telecom, has entered into a traffic exchange agreement with Onvoy, LLC to
adopt in its entirety the 2016 lnterconnection Agreement between TDS and Teleport
Communications American, LLC that was approved January 19,2017 by the ldaho
Public Utilities Commission in Case No. POT-T-16-02.

INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT
This Interconnection Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on the 2nd
day of November, 2020, and is between TDS Telecommunications LLC, as agent for the
Potlatch Telephone Company ("TDS TELECOM") and Onvoy, LLC, a Minnesota
limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 550 W. Adams Street,
Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60661 ("Onvoy").
WHEREAS, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the "Act") was signed into law on
February 8,1996;
WHEREAS, Section 252(i) of the Act requires TDS TELECOM to make available any
interconnection, service, or network element provided under an agreement approved by
the appropriate state regulatory body to any other requesting telecommunications carrier
upon the same terms and conditions as those provided in the agreement in its entirety;
and
WHEREAS, Onvoy has requested that TDS TELECOM make available, in its entirety,
that certain Interconnection Agreement entered into between Potlatch Telephone
Company (TDS TELECOM) and Teleport Communications America, LLC ("TCAL")
dated as of December 10,2016, (*2016Interconnection Agreement").
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants of this
Agreement, Onvoy and TDS TELECOM hereby agree as follows:
l. Onvoy and TDS TELECOM shall adopt in its entirety the 2016 lnterconnection
Agreement, and approved January 19, 2017 by the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission at Boise tD under Case No. POT-T-16-02 and Order No. 33699. The
2016 Interconnection Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit I and incorporated
herein by this reference.
The term of this Agreement shall be from the effective date as set forth above and
shall expire as set forth in Section 5 of the TCAL Interconnection Agreement.
Every notice, consent, approval or other communications required or
contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered in the
case of Onvoy to:
