IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
February 26, 2018 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kris Raper and Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on Tuesday, February 19, 2018. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Action Item: Sean Costello’s February 14, 2019, Decision Memorandum re: Proposed Settlement Regarding Avista Utilities Request to Revise Its Electric and Natural Gas Book Depreciation Rates; Case Nos. AVU-E-18-03 and AVU-G-18-02.

Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation for items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
The next order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS:
13. Action Item: Edward Jewell’s February 14, 2019, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Idaho Power Company’s Requested Suspension of Schedule 63- Community Solar Pilot Program.
Mr. Jewell reviewed his Decision Memo and stated; Idaho Power filed a tariff advice requesting to suspension of Schedule 63 – Community Solar Pilot Program, in Staffs initial review they believed that this should be processed as an application.
Commissioner Kjellander made a motion toissue a Notice of Application, Notice of Modified Procedure, and Suspension of Tariff Advice that suspends the Company’s Tariff Advice, converts the Tariff Advice into an Application, and establishes a thirty five day comment period and a seven day reply comment period. A voted was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.

Commissioner Kjellander announced that items14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 on under Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated privately.
Commissioner Kjellander stated, there was no further business before the Commission and he adjourned the meeting.
