Wireless Traffic Exchange Agreement with Allied Wireless.
Dear Ms. Jewell:
TDS Telecommunications Corporation (TDS) as an agent for Potlatch Telephone
Company, Inc., has entered into a voluntary wireless traffic exchange agreement
with Alled Wireless. The agreement adopts in its entirety the agreement entered
into between TDS and US Cellular Corporation on June 1, 2000 that was
previously submitted and approved by the Commission. An original plus three (3)
Copies of the agreement have been enclosed for filng with this Commission.

This Agrement is made effective on the 1st day of August, 2010, Ib¡¡f::U i('
Potlatch Telephone Company, a corporation organized under the laws ofJQ. ~Ì\rM¡ŠSiO~
Idaho, ("Potlatch") and Allied Wireless Communications Corporation, a Delaware i
corporation, with its principal place of business at 1001 Technology Drive, Little Rock,
AR 72223 ("A WCC").
WILESS INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT
I
WHEREAS, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the "Act") was signed into law on
Febru 8, 1996; and
WHEREAS, section 252(i) of the Act requires Potlatch to make available any
interconnection, service, or network element provided under an agreement approved by
the appropriate state regulatory body to any other requesting telecommuncations carer
upon the same terms and conditions as those provided in the agreement in its entirety;
and
WHEREAS, A wec has requested tht Potlatch make available the Wireless
Interconnection Agrement in its entity executed between TDS Telecommunications
Corporation as agent for Potlatch Telephone Company and U.S. Cellular Corporation
("USCC") dated June 1, 2000.
NOW, THREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutul covenants of this
Agrement A WCC and Potlatch hereby agre as follows:
1. AWCC and Potlatch shall adopt in its entirety the u.s. Cellular Corporation
Wireless Interconnection Agrment dated June 1, 2000 approved by the
appropriate state reguatory commssion as of the date of the execution of ths
Agreement. The U.S. Cellular Corporation Wirless Interconnection Agreement
is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The term of this Agrement shall be from the effective date as set fort above and
shall expire as set fort in Section VI of the U.S. Cellular Corporation Wireless
Interconnection Agreement.
3. Every notice, consent, approval or other communications required or
contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered in the
case of A WCC to:
