Dear Ms.Carlock:
Per our email correspondence on October 28,I am submitting a new
for the soft switch recently installed at Potlatch Telephone Company,
for your files.
The following table identifies the initial depreciation rate,net salvage rate,and
depreciable range for the Packet Switch Category of Central Office Equipment assets
being placed into service by Potlatch Telephone Company.The rates are based upon
the Packet Switch estimated useful life review completed March 2009 for general
adoption within the TDS Telecom structure of local exchange companies and consistent
with the 2015 TDS Telecom Asset Life Review memorandum.The following rates are to
be implemented effective with the assets’capitalization dates,
