IT IS HEREBY CERTIFICATED that the present and future
public convenience and necessity requires and will require pine
Telephone Systems, Inc. of Halfway, Oregon. its successors and
assigns to own, hold, construct, or otherwise acquire and to
maintain and operate all equipment and facilities necessary to
provide communication by telephone in the area that borders the
Snake River from the vicini ty of Oxbow Dam on the south to
Hell's Canyon Dam on the north with a width extending from the
Idaho/Oregon state line eastward to one-half mile from the cen-
ter line of the existing highway paralleling the Snake River:
to exercise all rights and privileges granted. or which may
hereafter be granted Pine Telephone Systems. Inc.. its succes-
sors and assigns by the State of Idaho or any political subdi-
vision thereof.
THIS CERTIFICATE is predicated upon and issued pursu-
ant to the Findings of Fact and provisions of Order No. 18710
issued the 21st day of February, 1984 and Order No. 20541 is-
sued on the & 't.A- day of June. 1986.
