On April 2,2012,Pacific Centrex,Inc.requested that its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)No.450 issued by the Commission on July 22,2005,be
cancelled.Pacific Centrex stated it has never conducted business in the State of Idaho.In its
Decision Meeting on April 9,2012,the Commission approved Pacific Centrex’s request for
cancellation of Certificate No.450.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In April 2005,Pacific Centrex Services,Inc.filed an Application for a CPCN to provide
facilities-based and resold local exchange and interexchange services in Idaho.Tn July 2005,the
Commission granted Pacific Centrex’s Application for a CPCN.Order No.29829.
On April 2,2012,Pacific Centrex requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated that
it has never conducted business in Idaho.Staffrecommended the Commission cancel Certificate No.
450 and remove the Company’s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Pacific Centrex Services,Inc.’s request for cancellation
of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.450 is granted.Certificate No.450 is no
longer in effect,and Pacific Centrex is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services
in the State of Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §§61-619
and 61-626.
