On March 20,2107, in Order No. 33728 in Case No. PAP-T-14-01, the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (Commission) approved changes in the requirements for CenturyLink to file the
monthly PAP Tier I reports with the Commission. Specifically, Centurylink is now only required
to file a non-confidential summary reportl for any given month that Tier I payments occur.

missed. " Page 3, Commission Findings, March 20,2017 Order No. 33728 in Case No. PAP-T-014-01. This new
report no longer identifies the specific CLECs receiving the Tier I payments and therefore it is not a confidential
report.
Along with this cover letter, attached is the summary PAP Tier 1 report for the month of October
2017.
