By this letter, Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink ("Century Link") is requesting to
discontinue monthly filings of the Idaho Performance Assurance Plan ("PAP") reports and to
close the above-referenced docket.
Docket No. PAP-T-14-01 was opened on March 24, 2014 for the purpose of filing Idaho
Performance Assurance Plan reports on a monthly basis pursuant to Order No. 32899, Docket
No. QWE-T-08-04. The Tier 2 Fund was closed by Commission Order No. 33532, effective
June 3, 2016. Staff thus does not require the monthly PAP reports in order to track Tier 2
payments. Consequently, Idaho Commission Staff has requested that CenturyLink discontinue
filing the PAP reports in this docket. ·
Century Link respectfully requests a discontinuance of the requirement to file monthly
PAP reports and closure of this docket upon Commission approval.
