On October 2, 2008, Orbitcom, Inc. filed a request to cancel Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No. 459 issued to OneEighty Networks, Inc. Orbitcom also seeks to
withdraw the price list associated with Certificate No. 459. Orbitcom stated that its acquisition
of OneEighty Networks is complete and the corporation of OneEighty Networks has been
dissolved. In its Decision Meeting held October 27, 2008, the Commission approved Orbitcom
request for cancellation of Certificate No. 459.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
On April 3, 2006, OneEighty Networks filed an Application with the Commission
requesting authority to provide facilities-based local exchange services within the State of Idaho.
In June 2006, the Commission granted OneEighty Networks' request and issued Certificate No.
459. Order No. 30066.
Following acquisition of OneEighty Networks by Orbitcom, Orbitcom requested
cancellation of Certificate No. 459 on October 2, 2008. Any customers previously served by
OneEighty Networks will now be served by Orbitcom under Certificate No. 430. Staff
recommended that the Commission cancel OneEighty Networks ' Certificate No. 459. The
Commission finds good cause to cancel Certificate No. 459.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Orbitcom s Application to cancel Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 459 is granted. Certificate No. 459 is no longer in effect
and all corresponding price lists are withdrawn.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for

reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code 99 61-626
and 62-619.
