Orbitcom, Inc. (Orbitcom) notified the Commission of the acquisition of OneEighty Networks, Inc. on
February 4, 2008. This transaction is now complete and the corporation of OneEighty Networks, Inc. has
been dissolved.
Orbitcom is requesting the cancellation of OneEighty Networks, Inc. CPCN, which was granted in Docket
OZI~T-06-1, Certificate No. 459, and a withdrawal of their price list. A second filing has been made to
update Orbitcom's CPCN, granted in Docket ORB-T-03-1 Certificate No. 430 on June 7,2006, to reflect
they are operating as OneEighty Networks in N. Idaho. Orbitcom will continue to operate in S. Idaho
under Orbitcom, Inc.
