It was nice talking with gou last week. As I vnemtioned during our co^versatio^, I avw in
^eed of a waiver or euail approval frovn gou that will allow us to tevnporarilg have two
LRNs, per switch, per Lata in order to transfer a^d unigrate our lD resources frovn one
OCN to amother. We will onlg have two LRNs for a short period. - just long enough to
cov^plete the transfer and unigration. Below is a d.escription of our project and whg we
^eed two LRNs in ord.er to cov^plete our unigration.
36onetworlcs was acquired bg Zago Qroup (which also owns Onvog) in Decevnber 2oal. Onvog
has been using the legacg 3donetworlcs (Zago) OCN 785D. Onvog is working om a large
corporate roll up project that, o^ce cowrplete, will allow us to rnigrate all of the resources
currentlg assigned to the legacg SAonetworlcs OCNs to the Onvog OCNs, and we will no longer
use the legacg 36o^etworlcs (Zago) OCNs. We plan to have evergthing in place and counplete
bg Julg L,2oa4. h order to do this without ivrnpedi^g our abilitg to continue to do business
throughout the process, we ^eed to establish initial block and LRN under the Onvog OCN
Gqsq) using our current switches (BOI9\D374MD and C|?.AL|DXXX7$. Once established, we
will begin the process of transferring all of our curremt resources umder the legacg S6onetworl<s
(Zago) OCN to the Onvog OCN, rev^ove the old LRN and will be in counpliance with the
guidelines that allow for onlg one LRN per switch, per Lata.
We have followed. the process and subv,nitted our request to pooling and received our rejection
(attached). With gour approval, we can resubvnit our request to pooling and get the necessarg
code and block assignrnents (two blocks will be retained in each code, sixteen blocl<s will be
returned to pooling), create the new LRN and proceed with the transfer and vnigration of our
lD resources in order to cotr*plete our project. Our project also includes reviewing our meeds
and resources and return all unnecessarg resources to pooling so as to not burden the pooling
resources.
