AND THE RESULTING NAME CHANGE ON THE CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO. 311 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) SECOND AMENDED CERTIFICATE NO. 311 On July 17, 2023, Oregon-Idaho Utilities, Inc. notified the Commission that effective April 5, 2023, it has changed its name to E4 Connect, Inc. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Second Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to E4 Connect, Inc., Certificate No. 311, to own, hold, construct, or otherwise acquire and maintain and operate facilities for the provision to or for the public use of telecommunication services to the inhabitants of the areas known as the South Mountain Exchange and the Silver City Exchange in Owyhee County, Idaho. These areas are legally described as follows: Beginning on the Oregon-Idaho border at the NW corner of Section 26, T2S, R6W; then east to the NE Coner of Section 27, T2S, R4W; then south to the SE corner of Section 22, T4S, R4W; then west to the SE corner of Section 6, T5S, R4W; then east to the NE corner of Section 12, T5S, R2W; then south to the SE corner of Section 25, T16S, R2W; then west to the point of intersection with the Oregon- Idaho border at the approximate halfway point of the southern boundary of Section 27, T16S, R6W; then northerly along the Oregon-Idaho border to the point of beginning at the NW corner of Section 26, T2S, R6W, all in Owyhee County, Boise Meridian, Idaho. and Beginning at the NW corner of Section 14, T3S, R4W; then east to the NE corner of Section 17, T3S, R3W; then south to the SE corner of Section 5, T5S, R3W; then west to the SW corner of Section 5, T5S, R4W; then north to the NW corner of Section 29, T4S, R4W; then east to the NE corner of Section 27, T4S, R4W; then north to the NW corner of Section 14, T3S, R4W, which is the Benning point, all in Owyhee County, Boise Meridian, Idaho. The Commission approved this name change to Certificate No. 311 by Order No. 35987, in Case No. ORE-T-23-01.
