The report is also on a total company basis rather than a separate study for each of our two states. This is consistent with the FCC's requirementthatwe maintain a single study area ratherthan creating two separate study areas for interstate settlement purposes. Approximately9%of our access lines at year end were in Idaho.Accordingly,as a general rule it would be appropriate to allocate 9%of each entry in the total company report to Idaho. Also included,as requested,is a copy of our most recent separations factors. Please note our new address as follows: Jeff Beck Oregon-Idaho Utilities,Inc. 201 California Street,17th Floor San Francisco,CA 94111 If you have any questions or problems with the enclosed filing, please give me a call.
