RE:CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NO. 459 AND REVISION OF
CERTIFICATE NO. 430; CASE NOS. ORB-08-01 AND OZl-06-
On October 2, 2008 , the Commission received two Applications from Orbitcom, Inc.
(Orbitcom) regarding Certificate Nos. 459 and 430.
In Case No. OZI-06-, Orbitcom requests that the Commission cancel Certificate No.
459 currently held by OneEighty Networks, Inc. (OneEighty). The Application references a
February 4 2008 correspondence notifying the Commission of Orbit com s acquisition of
OneEighty and states that the transaction is complete and the corporation of OneEighty
Networks, Inc. has been dissolved.
In Case No. ORB-08-, Orbitcom advises the Commission that Orbitcom has
acquired OneEighty and requests that the Commission revise Orbitcom s Certificate No. 430 to
reflect that the Company will be operating in north Idaho under their assumed business name of
OneEighty Networks, and in south Idaho under Orbitcom, Inc. In this Application, Orbitcom
informs the Commission that it has electronically filed new local and access price lists. In both
price lists, Orbitcom lists OneEighty Networks as a concurring carrier. A copy ofthe Secretary
of State s Certificate of Assumed Business Name was included.

Staff has reviewed both Applications. Staff also reviewed Orbitcom' s new local and
access price lists that were electronically filed on September 29 with an effective date of October
2008 and accepted for filing by Staff on October 1 , 2008.

Staff recommends that the Commission approve the cancellation of One Eighty
Certificate No. 459 and revise Orbitcom s Certificate No. 430 to Orbitcom, Inc., also d/b/a
OneEighty Networks.
