TO AMEND ITS CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO. 430 TO REFLECT ITS ACQUISITION OF ONE EIGHTY NETWORKS, INC. CASE NO. ORB-08- ORDER NO. 30666 On June 7, 2004, the Commission issued Order No. 29516 granting Orbitcom, Inc. a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, CPCN No. 430, to provide facilities-based local exchange and interexchange telecommunications services within the State of Idaho. On October 2, 2008 , Orbitcom filed a request to amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 430 to reflect that, following the acquisition of OneEighty Networks, Orbitcom will be operating in northern Idaho under the assumed business name of OneEighty Networks. On September 29, 2008, Orbitcom electronically filed new local and access price lists identifying OneEighty Networks as a concurring carrier. Based on our review of the Application, we find that it is reasonable to amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 430 to reflect the acquisition of OneEighty Networks, Inc., and assumption of the business name OneEighty Networks. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application of Orbitcom, Inc. to amend its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 430 is granted. Certificate No. 430 shall be amended to reflect Orbitcom s operation in northern Idaho under the assumed business name of OneEighty Networks. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code ~~ 61-626 and 62-619.
