Orbitcom, Inc. (Orbitcom) notified the Commission of the acquisition of OneEighty Networks, Inc. on
February 4, 2008. This transaction is now complete.
Orbitcom was granted a CPCN on June 7, 2004 in Docket ORB-T-03-1 Order No. 29516, and subsequently
assigned Certificate No. 430. Orbitcom is requesting an update to their CPCN reflecting they will be
operating in N. Idaho under their assumed business name of OneEighty Networks.They will continue to
operate in S. Idaho under Orbitcom, Inc. In support of this request, you wil find copies of the assumed
business name filing of OneEighty Networks and Orbitcom's Annual Report for 2008.
Orbitcom has also filed new local and access price lists listing OneEighty Networks as a concurring carrier
using the on-line tariff filng system.
A second filing has been made to cancel OneEighty Networks, Inc. CPCN, granted in Docket OZl-T-06-1
Certificate No. 459 on June 9, 2006 and to withdraw their existing price list.
