On October 2, 2008, Orbitcom filed a request to amend Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 430 to reflect that, following the acquisition of OneEighty Networks, Orbitcom will be
operating in northern Idaho under the assumed business name of One Eighty Networks. On September 29
2008, Orbitcom electronically filed new local and access price lists identifying OneEighty Networks as a
concurring carrier.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 430 is issued to Orbitcom, Inc. (southern Idaho), and OneEighty Networks (northern
Idaho), to provide resold and facilities-based telecommunications services within the State ofIdaho. The
Commission approved this amendment to Certificate No. 430 by Order No. 30665 , in Case No. ORB-
08-01.
