MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
April 7, 2017 – 1:30 P.M.
SUBJECT TO COMMISSION APPROVAL
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kristine Raper and Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Maria Barratt-Riley’s and Brandon Karpen’s April 6, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Calculating the 2017 Regulatory Fee Assessments for Public Utilities, and Railroads; Case Nos. F-2017-1 and F-2017-2.
Ms. Barratt-Riley thanked the Commissioners for holding a special session, she said the meeting will allow us to meet our Idaho Code April 15th deadline for the Commission to set the Assessment Rate. She reviewed her Decision Memo, she noted a correction on the first page; under number 1, and the correct number should read .002275 to the match the actual percentage listed in front of the parentheses. Ms. Barratt-Riley stated that there was a second error on page 2 under commission decision heading, under question 2 the number should read, .002275 and a third error under question number 3 should read .00918.
There were no further questions and Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to accept the recommendations for item 1 on the Consent Agenda with the corrections. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned the meeting.
